Product maintenance
1. Term
The warranty period for the products of Shenzhen Aikerui Electric Co., Ltd. is 12 months from the date of delivery.
2. Warranty scope
a. Shenzhen Aikerui Electric Co., Ltd. implements the principle of "three guarantees" for its products. If the user uses and stores the products normally according to the requirements of the "Product Instructions for Use", and the products cannot work normally within one year from the date of shipment, our company will repair or replace the parts for the user free of charge.
b. This product must be installed and repaired by our company's engineering and technical personnel in accordance with the contract requirements, otherwise quality issues will not be covered by the warranty.
c. If damage is found to the product, it should be sealed, stopped from use, and promptly notified to our company's after-sales service department for maintenance. It is indeed a quality issue, and our company is responsible for solving it.
d. Users should use the product according to the product manual provided by our company. Failure to use the product according to the manual may result in component damage, which is not covered by the warranty.
e. During the warranty period, installing or adding other devices to our products without our company's consent, which causes quality problems, is not covered by the warranty.
f. After the machine installation is completed, please save the warranty certificate and send the warranty receipt card back to our company according to regulations. Otherwise, the warranty will not be granted.
3. Response time
a. A response must be given within 2 hours of the repair call response time.
b. The on-site response time is generally within 8 to 48 hours, depending on the distance and convenience of transportation.
c. The engineers from the after-sales service department will make every effort to arrive at the user's site as soon as possible for repair and handling.
4. After the end of the "three guarantees" period, continue after-sales service through renewal or other forms.
